Refund policy

Seenlab is sold through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. This policy says when you get your money back and how. It applies to the Pro and Studio plans bought on seenlab.io.
Try before you pay
Every new account gets 7 days of Pro for free, without a card. The Free plan has no time limit. We would rather you decide before paying than ask for a refund after — so use the trial, and write to us with any question before you buy.
14 days, no questions
If you pay for a plan and change your mind within 14 days of the first payment, write to hello@seenlab.io and we refund the full amount. No reason needed. This applies to the first payment on an account, monthly or yearly.
After 14 days
- Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month and is not charged again. Past months are not refunded.
- Yearly plans: cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid year. If you cancel within the first 30 days of a yearly plan, we refund the unused part of the year; after that, the year is not refunded.
- Renewals: if a renewal was charged and you did not mean to continue, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it.
When something went wrong on our side
If Seenlab did not work for you — measurements did not run for days, a paid feature was unavailable, or a bug cost you time — tell us. We fix it first, and we refund or credit the affected time regardless of the 14 days.
How a refund works
- Write to hello@seenlab.io from the address on your account, with the email you used at checkout if it differs.
- We answer within two working days. If the refund is due, we issue it through Paddle, which returns the money to the payment method you used.
- The money is usually back within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. Paddle emails you a confirmation.
- Your account moves to Free. Your projects, keywords and history stay; only the paid features switch off.
What we do not refund
- Time already used beyond the 14 days, except in the cases above.
- Accounts closed for breaking the terms of use (for example scraping Seenlab or sending spam with its drafts).
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where that law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.
